Inquiry information
When you submit a form, we store your name, email, company, country, equipment interest and message to respond to your request and manage the resulting sales relationship. Authorized factory staff can access inquiries through protected project tools. Submitting the form saves your request. Where factory notifications are configured, a copy is sent to the factory's designated notification inbox; we do not automatically send a reply to you. Inquiry records have no automatic deletion schedule at present. You may contact us to request correction or deletion; we retain information where necessary to handle an ongoing request or meet applicable obligations.
Optional analytics
Only after you allow analytics, we store random visitor and session identifiers, page paths and limited interaction or campaign identifiers. Our application analytics events do not include IP addresses, full browser user agents, URL query strings or inquiry contact details. Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days. Inquiry submission totals are recorded without linking them to a visitor.
Hosting and security
The website and its database run on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany. Cloudflare provides DNS, the delivery network and connection security. These providers process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. This infrastructure processing is separate from our optional application analytics. Factory inquiry notifications use Amazon SES and the operator's designated email provider. Authorized staff in China can access submitted inquiries. The database is backed up for recovery. Published content and code-managed images are maintained in the project repository.
Cookies and your choices
Essential security cookies support inquiry submission and administrator login. Optional analytics identifiers and your analytics choice are stored in your browser. You can decline analytics or withdraw consent through Analytics preferences. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry.
