Circulate material through the mixing vessel

The RSM range uses a vertical screw arrangement for mixing plastic pellets and masterbatch. Describe the batch composition and how material is loaded, mixed and discharged into the next process.

Small and larger catalogue variants belong to this mixing method but require their own dimensions and handling arrangement. The series includes RSM-80, RSM-160 and RSM-260 references as well as larger named configurations. This page does not infer batch capacity from the model number.

Mixing with a storage step

Explain whether the vessel is used to prepare a batch or hold blended material before transfer. Include the required amount, mixing frequency and discharge destination. A storage description does not make the screw mixer equivalent to the RM blade-type batch mixer.

RSM-H heated configurations

Heated screw-mixer descriptions are a separate configuration branch. State why heating is required and provide the material supplier's permitted preparation conditions. Heating does not establish dehumidification or a drying result for every resin.

The proposed supply should identify the heating arrangement, material limits and controls. Retain the H suffix rather than applying heated-machine information to an unheated RSM.
