Bring two material sources into the loading route

The RPV valve is described for introducing virgin material and recovered regrind into a vacuum-loading arrangement. It can be associated with the hopper loader or the conveying route from a granulator recovery process.

Identify the source of each material and show how the valve connects to the receiving equipment. The desired proportion, material form and downstream demand are all part of the inquiry.

Proportioning is not weighing

A valve in the conveying route is a different arrangement from a gravimetric batch blender or a screw doser. Do not assume a mass-based accuracy specification from the word proportional. The control arrangement and material conditions need to be identified for the intended result.

Describe whether the regrind comes directly from a nearby granulator or from storage. Variable particle form or mixed material should be stated before reviewing the feed arrangement.

Check the interfaces

Provide the loader model, pipe connection and available compressed-air information for the proposed installation. No universal pipe size or guaranteed transfer rate is stated here.
