Explain why the mold needs separate circuits

The dual water-type range is described for mold heating and temperature control using circulating water. Show which mold areas or tools need separate control and give the working conditions for each. The purpose of a dual arrangement should be clear from the circuit drawing and process requirement. A pump circulates the water through the mold, while the heater and cooling arrangement control the circulating medium.

Review the connections independently

For each circuit, provide the desired temperature, flow requirement and channel layout. Include hose lengths, connection sizes and any existing restrictions. Different mold halves or tools may present different circulation conditions. A combined total does not tell the supplier what each circuit must receive.

State the water and power available

Describe the water supply, its quality and the cooling conditions at the controller. Add the electrical supply and the proposed location. The quotation should identify the heating and pump arrangement by circuit, along with the supplied controls and connections. Space to inspect and isolate the circuits belongs in the layout.
