The RG-4680GT description includes water cooling at the cutting chamber and a rotor with three rows of knives. Published applications include recovered film and bottle material. The incoming condition needs to be described with the resin: cleanliness, moisture and foreign matter all belong in the equipment review.

Cutting-chamber cooling is a machine configuration. It does not define a complete washing process or establish a contamination limit for the material. Show any washing, separation or dewatering equipment around the proposed cutting stage.

RG-56ET rotor and chamber arrangement

The RG-56ET source describes water cooling at the rotor and cutting chamber in a heavy steel construction. Its hopper opens for access to the cutting area. Review this arrangement separately from RG-4680GT; the two source names do not share one parameter table.

Identify the water supply, temperature-control requirement and site interfaces that need to be included in a quotation. A source label containing T is not enough to determine the cooling arrangement on another granulator.

Output condition matters downstream

Specify whether the next process expects dry regrind or accepts wet material. Distinguish the proposed cooling circuit from any water that contacts the waste. Include required particle form, normal operating schedule and the collection route. The standard heavy-duty cutting range offers another configuration to compare using the same waste description.
