An enclosed bottle size-reduction unit shown in the RHONG catalogue. Review the incoming containers, collection arrangements and operating requirements.

Ask for the specification sheet for your configuration.
The published RG-1620SS reference is a bottle granulator with an enclosed upright cabinet. RHONG catalogue photographs show the exterior, and the description places it in bottle-collection settings such as hotels, schools and entertainment venues. The proposed operation still needs to be reviewed for the actual site.
Give the bottle material, dimensions and typical condition when collected. State whether caps, labels or liquid residues remain. A photograph of the usual batch is more useful for selection than the word “bottles” alone.
Describe where containers are stored before processing and how the reduced material will be removed. Include available space, electrical supply and the planned cleaning routine. Identify who will operate the equipment and whether the area is accessible to visitors.
A public-location application does not establish unattended or public self-service operation. Feeding method, operator protection and cleaning instructions must be confirmed for the supplied configuration before use.
Use RG-1620SS when requesting the proposed technical sheet and machine layout. Confirm the cutting mechanism, feed opening, collection arrangement and applicable operating limits. Ask for these details and the proposed throughput against your bottle sample.
For larger batches of plastic scrap at a production site, also compare the central granulator range. The bottle unit is a separate catalogue reference; specifications for sheet roll-feeding equipment do not apply to it.
Published catalogue reference; bottle suitability and final supply configuration require confirmation. RHONG bottle-unit reference.
