Load material in trays

This arrangement suits a batch-handling task where the operator loads and removes the material from the chamber, with the proposed drying conditions selected for the resin.

Describe the batch and its arrangement

Send the resin grade, amount per batch and the supplier's drying instructions. Explain whether several materials must be prepared during the same shift and how they will be kept separate. Tray quantity and chamber layout need to match the loading method; the mass of a batch does not describe drying output per hour.

Plan loading and temperature control

Identify the space available for the cabinet and door opening. Include how trays are filled, removed and cleaned between materials. Review the required temperature-control and overtemperature-protection arrangement in the quotation. No universal drying cycle is assigned here because resin type and initial moisture conditions differ.

Choose the drying process first

Chamber drying and dehumidified-air drying are different configurations. If the resin supplier specifies dehumidified air, compare the dehumidifying dryer against that instruction. A cabinet should be selected from the material requirement and batch workflow, with the supplied trays and operating conditions identified.
