A central cooling arrangement

The RCMC-A range uses a screw compressor and an air-cooled condenser. It is described for central process cooling where several production machines may draw from a shared chilled-water supply. Start with a drawing of the consumers, supply header and return route so the proposed installation can be reviewed as a complete water circuit.

Give the condenser room to reject heat

Air carries the condenser heat into the surrounding environment. State whether the installation is outdoors or inside a ventilated equipment area, and show nearby walls, roof structures and other heat sources. Ambient conditions and airflow around the unit are part of the selection, alongside the process-water temperature.

Describe changing demand

Provide the cooling load for each process and indicate which machines operate together. Production schedules and changes in demand help define the required control arrangement. Specify the tank and pump arrangement, pipe route and electrical supply. A central installation should identify these components explicitly rather than rely on a photograph of the chiller.

Keep access around the refrigeration equipment

Allow room to inspect the condenser, compressor and water-side connections. Include a service-access plan with the proposed location. The RCM-A scroll range provides a separate comparison for machine-side cooling; its model data should not be transferred to RCMC-A.
