Combine the drying and air-treatment functions

The published RDM+RHD arrangement combines a drying hopper and honeycomb dehumidifier. The hopper holds the resin, and the dehumidifier supplies the air treatment needed for the proposed drying process. Material conveying is described as an optional purchase, so the loading route needs a separate equipment decision.

Start with the resin and consumption

Send the resin identification, drying instructions and hourly material demand. State whether the machine processes a single material continuously or changes between batches. The hopper's stored mass, drying residence time and process-air requirement need to be considered together; none of those values alone defines the complete installation.

Specify how material enters and leaves

Show the feed source, hopper position and destination at the processing machine. If an existing loader will be used, identify it and provide the route. The quotation should state which hopper, dehumidifier and connecting components are supplied, and whether any conveying equipment belongs in the scope.

Review the service arrangement

Include available space, electrical supply and cooling-water conditions. Keep access to air filters and the material-handling connections.
