Join the drying and loading tasks

This arrangement combines a hopper dryer with an automatic material loader. It addresses the movement of pellets to the drying hopper as well as their drying preparation. A honeycomb dehumidifier is a separate component and is not assumed to be included in this drying-and-loading scope.

Show the source and the receiving equipment

Describe where the pellets are stored, how they reach the hopper and how the hopper connects to the processing machine. Provide the horizontal route and vertical lift separately. The position of the hopper, access for cleaning and the source-container arrangement help define the loading installation.

Check the drying method against the material

Give the resin grade and the supplier's drying instructions, together with hourly consumption and the production schedule. Hot-air hopper drying should be selected for the material requirement. If dehumidified air is required, the dehumidifying range needs to be assessed as a different configuration.

Define the combination in the quotation

Send the electrical supply and available space. Ask for a complete designation of the dryer, loader and connecting components, including the control arrangement and cleaning access.
