One vacuum unit, two destinations

The RAL-323 and RAL-523 are two-receiver arrangements for plastic pellet transfer. Show both receiving points and the source of material. Include the consumption at each machine and whether their demand overlaps during production.

Two receivers do not establish simultaneous delivery or equal capacity at each point. Those requirements should be part of the proposed control and conveying arrangement.

RAL-323 and RAL-523 references

These catalogue model references describe the arrangement with separate receiving hoppers. Provide each pipe route, vertical lift, hopper connection and available mounting space. Existing receivers or controls need to be identified in the supply scope.

RAL-323K and RAL-523K configuration

The K references also describe one main vacuum unit serving two receivers. Keep the suffix on the quotation and spare-part request. A similar station count does not make the K and unsuffixed models interchangeable.

For either configuration, identify the receiver at each machine and the proposed loading controls. Review the complete two-destination supply rather than comparing only the main vacuum unit.
