A self-contained loader places the vacuum-loading unit with the receiving hopper. Show where it will sit, how the material enters and which processing machine or dryer it feeds. Check the mounting connection and access for the proposed arrangement.

RAL-I model references

The catalogue distinguishes RAL-300I and RAL-403I. The RAL-300I description identifies a carbon-brush motor, while RAL-403I descriptions identify an induction-motor arrangement. Retain the full reference when discussing electrical supply or replacement parts.

RAL-U configurations

RAL-300U and RAL-400U are separate named configurations. Describe the pellet feed and receiving connection for the proposed U model. U references do not identify the same equipment as I references simply because their numbers are similar.

RAL-U2 configurations

RAL-300U2 and RAL-400U2 belong to the U2 branch described as a single-phase arrangement. Keep U2 in the equipment request; it is not an optional spelling of U. The supplied electrical specification still needs to match the local power source.

Material and route

Include the pellets, hourly demand, horizontal route and vertical lift. For powder, irregular regrind or mixed feed, describe the material rather than assuming a pellet-loading configuration applies. Compare a separate-unit loader when the vacuum unit needs a different installation position.
