Position the vacuum unit and receiver separately

The RAL-300 is described as a separate-type loader for plastic pellet transfer. The vacuum unit and receiving hopper need their own positions in the installation. Show the pellet source, the route and the connection to the molding machine or dryer.

Separate components can change the layout without changing the material's processing requirements. Identify the mounting and access space at the receiving point as well as at the vacuum unit.

Keep the model reference complete

The RAL-300 description identifies a carbon-brush motor. RAL-300I and RAL-303 are different references in the catalogue and should not be treated as substitutes for electrical or parts selection. Include the complete model and nameplate information for a replacement inquiry.

Review the conveying conditions

Give the pellet type, hourly demand, horizontal distance and vertical lift. Include bends or changes in route on a simple drawing. Conveying capacity depends on the material and the actual installation, so a distance alone is not a duty specification.
