Review a larger conveying duty

The RAL-703 and RAL-903 references describe separate pellet loaders using an induction-type air pump. These models are presented for larger material-transfer tasks, but the actual demand and route determine the configuration to review.

State the pellet form and consumption at the receiving equipment. Show horizontal distance, vertical lift and the position of the vacuum unit. Where several machines share the proposed supply, identify their individual demands.

Define the receiving arrangement

The basic inquiry should identify the receiving hopper and how it connects to the process. Multiple destinations or receivers are a separate configuration decision, not a function to infer from a larger motor or capacity label.

List existing pipework and loading controls intended for reuse. The quotation needs a clear boundary between the loader, receiving equipment and other conveying components.

Keep capacity conditions attached

A conveying-rate figure is useful only with its material and route conditions. Request the proposed motor, receiver and loading arrangement against that duty. Keep the exact model on the quotation so equipment references can be compared consistently.
