Separate vacuum loaders: K and KU references

Match both parts of the installation

A separate loader places the vacuum unit apart from the receiving hopper. Describe where each component will be installed and how the hopper connects to the processing equipment. Give the material route from storage to that receiving point.

RAL-303K and RAL-503K

The catalogue identifies these K configurations for pellet transfer with separate main-body and hopper dimensions. Retain the suffix when requesting the model, controls or replacement parts. Unsuffixed RAL-303 and RAL-503 references belong to a separate catalogue branch.

RAL-303KU and RAL-503KU

The KU descriptions identify a separate-unit arrangement with a different receiving-hopper presentation. Use the full KU reference and review the receiver, connection and access space for that configuration. The quotation should identify the motor, receiving-hopper size and conveying conditions for the KU reference being supplied.

What to send for comparison

Include pellet details, required demand, horizontal route, vertical lift and the local electrical supply. If the material contains powder or irregular regrind, describe the mix before selecting a conveying arrangement.
