Applications

  • Continuous film and sheet waste
  • Thermoforming skeletal web
  • Extrusion film offcuts

Present a continuous web to the cutter

RG-GX source descriptions use rollers to draw continuous film or sheet waste into a granulator. An additional feed route allows the rolling inlet to be considered separately from the main hopper. The cutting chamber reduces the material to regrind for collection or further processing.

Specify web width, thickness, polymer and feed speed. Show whether the incoming waste is a flat web, an open skeleton or an irregular formed sheet. The pulling arrangement and its controls need to suit the actual presentation and production cycle.

RG-21RX smaller roller-fed arrangement

The RG-21RX page names RG-2136RX in its table and describes a material-feed roller with a variable-speed motor. Treat this as its own configuration within the roller-fed task. Dimensions and motor values from GX equipment cannot be applied to it.

GQX enclosed configurations

A-site GQX descriptions identify enclosed inline cutting arrangements, including RG-36GQX and RG-46120GQX. Review enclosure access, feed route and output collection together. A GQX designation from a different source whose text only describes GQ remains outside this specification.

Allow space to thread material and reach the rollers and blades for cleaning. Include how the production line stops and starts, whether occasional rejects need a separate inlet and where the regrind should go. Use these details in your roll-feed equipment inquiry; no common throughput is assigned to the different configurations.

RG-56120EX-F roll-feeding configuration

The published configuration combines a roll-feeding arrangement with an additional feeding hopper. The rollers feed material toward the cutting chamber; size reduction takes place at the rotating and fixed blades.

For thermoforming skeleton waste, describe the resin, sheet thickness and width, scrap pattern and production-line speed. Show the proposed feed route and the space for the hopper and collection equipment.

Retain the complete RG-56120EX-F reference when discussing the proposed supply. Specifications for GX or other roll-fed models do not establish the motor, chamber or output of this configuration.
