RG-21QX catalogue descriptions cover direct recycling of thermoformed sheet waste. An integrated roll-feed system draws the remaining web into the granulator, while a front feeding route accommodates material presented separately. The published construction has an enclosed body and access to the chamber through its middle.

Send photographs or a short sequence showing the skeletal web after formed parts have been removed. Web width, thickness and remaining shapes affect feeding. Include any unpunched start-up sheet or rejects that must enter the same machine.

Connect feed speed and output handling

Describe line speed and whether waste arrives steadily or in repeated cycles. The roller controls and material take-off arrangement should be reviewed with the production line. The catalogue shows blower collection and a separate dedusting option; a cyclone used to collect regrind is not automatically a dust-filtering system.

RG-21QY customer-specific configuration

The RG-21QY source describes an enclosed online arrangement with traction and an air-operated auxiliary roller. Its configuration should be specified separately from the named RG-2190QX and RG-21100QX variants. No motor, inlet or throughput values are transferred between them here.

Plan access for threading and clearing the feed route, opening the chamber and servicing blades. Identify the intended destination and acceptable use of the regrind before requesting a thermoforming recycling quotation.
