Connect the factory cooling circuits

The RCMC-W screw-chiller range supplies chilled water for central industrial cooling. The condenser rejects heat to a separate water circuit. A plant layout should show the production consumers, chilled-water headers and condenser-water connections, including the cooling tower or other proposed heat-rejection equipment.

Match the load to the refrigeration arrangement

Published catalogues distinguish compressor arrangements within the range. List the machines running at the same time, their cooling loads and the required process-water conditions. This information supports a review of the proposed compressor configuration and control method. It does not follow from the model name or tank size alone.

Check the water-side installation

Include the available condenser-water temperature and flow, pipe route, water quality and electrical supply. Identify the pump and tank responsibilities in the quotation. Shell-and-tube exchanger descriptions in the published range should be checked against the selected model and the maintenance access available at the site.

Prepare a serviceable layout

Show how operators can reach the water connections and how the circuits will be isolated for service. Explain any existing cooling tower that the new unit must use. If the condenser is to reject heat directly to ambient air, the proposed equipment needs an air-cooled arrangement with its own selection data.
