Applications

  • Long plastic pipes and profiles
  • Extruded sections and offcuts
  • Bulky scrap with a specified RGP configuration

Give long material a clear approach

The RGP pipe and profile ranges use a low feeding route and an extended hopper for long extruded material. Public sources name RG-36P, RG-46P, RG-56P and RG-76P. The pipe-specific feeding arrangement is the first point to compare with a general-purpose hopper.

Provide the longest incoming section and its cross-section, including internal ribs, fittings or changes in wall thickness. Show how pieces will be supported as they approach the inlet. A straight pipe and an irregular profile can require different presentation even when their maximum width is similar.

Separate the feed path from chamber dimensions

The feed opening, usable material length and cutting chamber are different specification items. Conflicting dimensions in some source tables are omitted here. Review a drawing for the exact proposed variant before deciding whether long material needs preparation.

Catalogue descriptions include blade and screen access, outboard bearings and hopper-opening arrangements. The opening mechanism belongs to the quoted configuration; motor and hydraulic descriptions in different source pages are not treated as interchangeable.

Larger RGP applications

RG-76120P sources also describe pallets, drums and waste bins. These are application references for a named configuration, not additional machines created from each page title. Supply the actual part dimensions and material for review. If prior reduction is needed, evaluate the shredding stage and the final regrind requirement together.
